A mill expert in produce forged steel bar, forged blocks. Including carbon steel, alloy steel, mould steel, such as: AISI 1020, 1045, 4140, 4340, 8620, H13, P20, D2; DIN C45, 42CrMo4, 34CrNiMo6, 30CrNiMo8, JIS S45C, SCM440, SCM420, etc.
Sizes range: 80mm to 1000mm, standard length or as customers request. Provide Ultrasonic test SEP1921-84 class c/c. Mill test certificate contain chemical compostion, grain size, non-metal inclusion and other technical specification. Also can do heat treatment (normalised, annealed, queched & tempered, harden) for you and technical specific data by talking.
